Our Testimony & Our Purpose
WORKING TOGETHER TOWARDS A BETTER TOMORROW
In 1997 Grace and Glory Fellowship began as an interdenominational, multicultural, Bible believing Church with the purpose...
1) to praise and worship God the Father,
2) make, equip, and mobilize disciples for Christ Jesus,
3) to minister holistically to the hurting, lost, saved, poor and needy of humankind both in the church and in the world,
4) to learn how to better glorify God through Holy Spirit empowerment as we Explore His Word, Experience His Presence,
and Practice His Love by His grace together with all people.
Over the years we have changed locations, but our heart for God has remained steadfast. We believe that it is God's will for everyone to Experience His presence by Exploring His Word and Practice showing His love to all people. We Expect (from God and His people), Protect (the integrity of God's Word and His people) and Respect (God and all of His creation).
We work together to create opportunities to cultivate transforming relationships that affirm the dignity, equality, and giftedness of all people, respecting the image and purpose of God in each person.
We strive to be a fellowship of “Whatever It Takes,” as did our Lord Jesus Christ.
"But Jesus answered and said, "You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” (Matthew 26:38) Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.” 39 He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying,
“O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.” - Matthew 20:22
